Ok, Charlotte is an anime of exactly 13 episodes of superpowers. If you enjoy sassy characters and also oblivious ones, despair and moping around. There is a large element of love but also the characters seem strung up in everything that it is going on till the final couple of episodes. I'm not gonna go full blown analyse because this is more like a tit bit if you know what I mean and if you don't WELL GO WATCH THIS ANIME BECAUSE BLAAAAAAAAAA
