Pokemon sun and moon part 1: starters
So everyone who is a Pokemon fan has heard about the game which is coming soon, 'Pokemon sun and moon'. Anyway, there have been have been several Pokemon revealed such as the legendary Pokemon , the three starters, their final evolution and two mystery Pokemon we are unaware of the names of. My favourite , personally , of the released Pokemon so far is Rowlet. Not only because it is the second starter to start duel typed but also because it is an owl. I have always loved owls because they are the symbol of wisdom and I respect people who are smart. And now Pokemon has given us another owl Pokemon which is a lot cuter than its Johto counterparts Hoothoot and Noctowl. It's type, as I mentioned before is a dual type which is grass/flying. Now this can be quite interesting because this means that it is only weak to poison,ice and fire. Rowlet is the grass quill Pokemon and it's description is :
Rowlet can attack without making a sound! It flies silently through the skies, drawing near to its opponent without being noticed, and then lashing out with powerful kicks. It can also attack from a distance using the razor-sharp leaves that form part of its feathers.
It weighs 3.3 lbs. and has a height of 1'00".
Next is Popplio. The seal Pokemon that are in previous games are Seel, Dewgong,Spheal and Seleo. So as you see there were quite a few seal Pokemon in previous generation but people still have low expectations of Popplio. It's type is water so the normal water weaknesses. Popplio is the Sea Lion Pokemon and its description is:
Popplio's swimming speed is known to exceed 25 mph. It's better at moving in the water than on land. Still, when it's on land, it takes advantage of the elasticity of its balloons to perform acrobatic stunts and jumps.
It weighs 16.5 lbs. and has a height of 1'04".
Next is Litten. Other cat Pokemon are Glameow and Purugly so not much competition but a lot of people seem to want to use Litten. It's just a fire type so typical fire weaknesses. Litten is the fire cat Pokemon. It's description is:
Logical but also passionate, Litten always remains cool-headed and doesn't show its emotions on the surface.
It weighs 9.5 lbs.and has a height of 1'04".
